Dr. Juliette Dassinger, PT, DPT is originally from Morton Grove and has been with Balance Chicago since 2020. She was introduced to physical therapy from her family who are largely in the healthcare field. Juliette was involved in sports at a young age and knew she wanted to help others stay healthy and active. She graduated from Bradley University in Peoria, IL with an undergraduate degree in health science with a focus on physical therapy.
She moved to Mesa, Arizona in 2017 to attend physical therapy school at A.T. Still University. During her clinical rotations, she worked with all aged groups in both outpatient and inpatient settings finding interests in orthopedics and sports medicine. Throughout Physical Therapy school, she was involved at state and national levels with the Arizona Chapter and the American Physical Therapy Association through communications and advocacy.
Graduating in June 2020, she finds her passion working in the orthopedic setting helping her patients achieve their goals. She believes balance training should be applied to all activities and skill levels to fit a person’s needs. Outside of the clinic, Juliette is involved in a physical therapy outreach organization called PT Day of Service. At night, she works as a show producer on a physical therapy podcast called PT Pintcast.
When Juliette steps away from the clinic, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. Juliette is pleased to be working with the Balance Chicago team.
